Description
THE DEVIL’S QUARTET dares readers to ride along with Detectives Starnes and Rodriguez, veterans of the Los Angeles Police Department Organized Crime and Vice Division, as they practice a mercenary brand of policing fraught with violence, corruption, and richly deserved retribution.
