Description
After the death of his partner, Bryan McNair leaves the Chicago PD to head up the Detective division of his Kansas hometown, expecting it to be a dull job. He soon learns he has made a stupid assumption; the white spot of the nation has some dirty edges. Charlotte Gray is struggling to establish her dance studio as a paying business, and despite her past history with Bry, wants nothing to do with the hard man he has become.
