The 11 tracks on Best of the ’90s, Vol. 2 focus on Merle Haggard’s singles released in that decade for the Curb label, along with one of his classic tunes from the ’60s, “Swinging Doors,” which is unfortunately a re-recorded version. Although this isn’t a bad budget-priced disc, there are far better collections available. ~ Al Campbell
